This class is open to all those who wish to discover the practice of yoga or to deepen their knowledge by following a slower pace. This 1.5 hour session includes several asanas, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.

Yoga Intermédiaire 2h
This class is for anyone who already has a good grasp of the basic asanas. The two-hour session is fast paced and allows you to deepen the postures and techniques learned in the beginner's course as well as giving you the opportunity to discover new variations.

Cours ouvert à tous ceux qui désirent découvrir la pratique du yoga ou l’approfondir en suivant un rythme plus lent. La séance d’une heure inclut plusieurs asanas et une profonde relaxation à la fin.
